Almost thirty three in good health and get my exercise doing yard work that never seems to end. Do my work from home and apart from going to the store I have little contact with people since I live a good half an hour from town. Did laboratory work for a few years dealing with biohazards; so I’m very religious with hand washing and hygiene.  Not a lot has changed for me other than going grocery shopping is an exercise in patience for me.

I’m more worried about the misses then me since she doesn’t have a great immune system. So I’ve been the one getting any items we may need at the store.

Hey Goldhammer! I feel ya buddy. My single wire went off just as they put me in the ambulance after the accident! Felt like someone had Chest kicked me to the backbone. Turns the Device's wire had moved about an eighth of an inch at time of impact!

Kicked in the Body general by a 20MPH Semi, you bet. !

Thank you.

Lol.  Sitting in the hospital was boring. No visitors and we weren't supposed to leave the room.

We were out in a little more than 24 hours.

I turned 59 2 weeks ago. I had valve replacement 2 years ago. I have a nodule on my lung, asthma and breathing problems from second hand smoking for 27 years! I work in a casino and have been furloughed until further notice. Thursday is 4 weeks since I last worked. Everyone I worked with was concerned about getting exposed due to the nature of our business. Now we wonder if we are going back anytime soon.

My Wife drives a school bus. She also has not worked in a month. They say May 4th for her to resume work but more than likely she is done until next school year. She has breathing problems. The fact that we both work in germ cesspools and our health issues puts us at high risk. I told my Wife that if I get this I am probably going to end up a statistic for sure.

We always spent the weekends self isolated from human contact anyway. After working 40 hours a week at our jobs we want nothing but quiet. So staying in is no problem. We only go out for grocery runs once a week. Also we go to the Post Office from time to time. We now wear dust/paint type masks when going out around other people. It was what we had on hand cause we cannot source N95s anywhere. Lots of hand sanitizing and washing as well. I wash so much my hands are just dry and cracking open.

It is going to be interesting as to how and when they restart the casino industry.

I may be delivering food before much longer. I would like to keep the house!

MB.

We are both 72, no underlying medical issues. We walk for exercise each day to and from our local supermarket for fresh food. On our UK news yesterday they said that our shutdown may last to the Autumn Bank Holiday or to you the last weekend in August.

We sold our house in the last week of January, a split level 4 bedroom detached on a hill side above our small town and put an offer on a two bedroom 'bungalow', single floor in the same town. We call it future proofing.

Unfortunately as we just signed the papers to complete the contracts on both, Covid-19 came along so everything has come to grinding halt. Another problem is that are 10 buying and selling in a queue with us the last in the 'chain'.

Because of our 'social distancing' rules, no movers, etc allowed, so just waiting for a break in the pandemic.

Please all of you and everyone else out there stay safe and heed the rules and requests given to us my our medical advisors. Our Prime Minister went into intensive care last night after being in isolation, but his temperature has continued to rise, so precautionary messures afoot to keep him as safe as possible witha ventilator by his side if needed.

Our major engineers in F1, Rolls Royce  etc are turning out ventilators and other breathing kit by the 100's  to help fight the onslought of disease.

Remember , common sense is not common.

56 year old Highway Patrol motorcycle officer. We are at a strange point where traffic has diminished a lot, but sick leave among Police has not increased so much that it is " all hands on deck" Having to enforce some pretty draconian travel restrictions on the public has us not done us any favours as far as public relations, but it is what it is. Our deaths in Australia are nothing compared to USA, hope all of my friends come out of this OK.

Looking at the numbers, it’s really a few large city areas here in the USA that are being hit hard. With New York City being hit hardest. Otherwise, due to preventive measures taken, for the rest of the country, it’s not bad at all.

Stay safe out on your motor Wirraway. For you guys, it’s not a question of if you’re gonna get hit on your bike, but rather when.

I am 75 and a retired network engineer, I am in reasonable good health, but, thanks to Nam "Agent Orange" I have a weak imune system. Due to this my two dauthers and the boss ( my wife ) have forbiden me from leaving the house. I keep myself busy enjoing old cowboy movies, science documentaries, doing projects around the house, and now, building some models.

I beleive we need to be carefull, but, I think what has been done with the country is too much, some sensible restition are OK, but, closing down the economy I think is way to much.

I disagree. It's going to spike big time in the last states to impose restrictions, unfortunately.

Let's hope we all get through this.
