Another fun A.I. involved movie, this time from the 70s I think it was, Colossus, the Forbin project.  In this one they built a huge computer inside a mountain and as the movie starts, you see someone walking along a walkway with a control console and as he does along the mountain seals up with a wall, a retracting ramp with another wall and a radiation barrier.  No one is getting back in.  As the days pass and this computer watches over the country, it sends a message to the monitor stations, "Warning, there is another". Eventualy the two machines start communicating with each other and decide they can protect their people better and start to take over.

I'm surprised the Popeyes employee  didn't put the $27 and change in their pocket and give you your food.  The employee is $27 richer and you have delcious chicken.  Sure, it's stealing but sometimes you gotta say WTF.

Yeah, I wouldn't have cared what she did with the money after I handed it to her and she gave me my chicken. I would have paid for it.

A great couple of lines of dialog from 1982s Tron come to mind here, and they are turning out to be prophetic.

Allan Bradley: Some programs will be thinking soon.

Dr. Walter Gibbs: Won't that be grand? Computers and the programs will start thinking and the people will stop.

It is happening already!
