I have always liked A/C best. Over the years that has been distilled down to experimental fighters of all eras. Very recently Star Trek kitbashing has caught my eye. It just looks so darn fun!Big Smile [:D]

I mainly build all types of armor and autos. Until i found this forum it was only autos but they've done a good job at converting me to the darkside. Still do the occasional auto though kind of hard to get away from how it started. Would like to get into scratchbuilding some fire apparatus though to.

I try to keep it varied, but I primarily build modern aircraft. But I have built some armor/infantry dioramas, a couple ships, working on an auto right now , a few rockets and of course more airplanes. The only reason I stick to aircraft is that is where my passion is. Working in the aerospace industry makes me partial to modelling things that fly.

HEY,
I have built a few of everything, but i tend to stick to autos. I am building a Tamiya M1A1 Abrams, and i kinda realized i like armor a bit more than autos. I guess im converted. I still build autos though.

Hi All,

Do most of you generally stick to one modelling subject or do you build from a range of subjects (armor, aircraft, figures) and eras (WWII, modern)? I'm currently working on a Sea Harrier from the Falklands, Pavehawk and Apache copters, and a Sherman with 105. Maybe it's just my recent rediscovery of modelling and I have yet to "find myself", or perhaps I'm just eclectic.

I seem to be having much more fun, however, with the Sherman than any of the others (no Censored [censored] canopies and clear parts to contend with and a much simpler paint scheme!). Perhaps Copterguy is in need of a name change.Big Smile [:D]
