We have a chain of shops here called, "The Philly Cheesesteak Shop" and they are delicious!

They use Amoroso's rolls from Philly and they claim they are authentic. I know the "authentic" way in Philly to eat them is with Cheese Whiz on them but that sounds gross to me.
The shops here use white American cheese and I love em! My favorite food.
