I haven't bought said brand in almost 40 years!

Which brand? Airfix or Revell of Germany. Both have great kits in their lines and both have ancient and/or horrible kits in their line (I'm not implying that a kit is horrible because it is old).

From what I'm readin' the biggest change will be more US Revell/Monogram kits going to Europe and more R/C models being developed for both markets...

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a "flood" of new kits to hit the US Market, Kiddies... 'Cept maybe some car kits...  Wouldn't count on anything already in existance being re-tooled either...

There certainly wasn't when they took over Revell/Monogram..

Personally-I'm hoping for the NCC-1701 USS Enterprise!
