VIETNAM WAR

I was in Vietnam during 67-68 and during 68 Tet offencive in an area called the iron trangle all the North Vietnam troops there at the time were the viet Cong. They were more of a garilla type fighters hit and run then pop up some place else. But after the Tet offencive of 68 the VC were pretty much wipped out and were not near as much a therat as prior to Tet. The other big probluem was Johnson,Macnamara,Abrams every time something went wrong Westmoreland got blamed,thats what runined his carear. If they would have left Westmoreland alone a lot of the battles we went through would not have happend. Or the results would have been a lot better one battle that came to mind was Kaeh Sangh.
