Hi;

        I know, here he goes again. No, actually this will be short and sweet. I watched Jef's video. Folks, this is what happens today. The type of TakeOver is not important. It's how the final product is handled.

        The final product in this case; Squadron. Now think about it for a minute. This company has been around for almost half a century! How did this come about? Not Greed on the part of the original owners. Greed and Lack Of Knowledge on the part of the " Investment Group" that wrangled the reins into their hands.

        I saw this happen in the Trucking Industry when trusted names got a permanent tarnish because of management practices. Sadly this a common occurance today. There are those who see a " Money-Maker" they have to have. Then because of outlandish practices in Bookeeping and and Management they fail. Yes, In Business One  Size T-Shirt Does NOT fit all.

     What works for Food and Dry Goods and others Does NOT work in the Model Market! That said, I will miss them and the yearly excursions to Carrollton to see the new Goodies on display. The trip to the Dallas-Fort Worth area was a planned mini-cation. Ah Well. Another icon falls. Tis' the story of Modern American Business.
