"Model Cam" is up and running, live model web cam
Posted by RonUSMC on Saturday, May 3, 2003 1:12 PM
midnight prowler just helped me test it out, and its up and running.

A live feed straight to my model desktop... called Model Cam. Showing the projects I am working on, etc.

Featuring Live Nude Models! Free too, ;)

Are you sure you are willing to let everyone see you make a mistake. If you make half as many as I do your rep will be history.Wink [;)]

I got an instant message a bit ago asking "what are you building?" .. lol, I had forgot that I left the cam on all night and what I was building didn't look like a Cobra, ;)

Dude, I wish I had your time! Not too mention, I'd hate for someone to see me start talking to my models as I am working them! You know the talk, "Come on baby that's it! Now just don't move, there ya go, just a litlle bit more, OH *&^%&&**(*(&^&*(*)(*^rt^**(,...!"

An idea might be to get like an ICQ or Yahoo account and use the web came for live video feed like a video confrence call. All you need is a web cam and either yahoo messenger or icq. (both receipients) That way it would be as close to real time as possible.

Of course it wouldn't be viewable by anyone not using the above mentioned programs.

I have it set so it uploads a new image every 30 seconds.. and the page refreshes every 30 seconds. So you will get a 30 second video feed in essence.

This was the most feasible way it could be done.. also the easiest.. just go to the website and watch.. it updates automatically.
