I'd like to hack them & see how they like it!!!

Maybe his hacking is to make up for his /her short-comings in 'other' departents????

At least us modellers CREATE ,not DESTROY!!!!!!!

Yep you have hackers thats the old school stuff not to many of them around any more those where the real hackers the blue box and stuff like that we dont have to really worry about those guys much any more, its the crackers are the ones that do this stuff  for fun and braggin right there the ones hitting all the web sites and all they dont even prgram there own code they get programs of the internet and there mostly teenagers not adults. I agree thay shoud be delt with the problem is that most of them are over seas russia has alot of crackers and so does china its that whole internatinal law thing if it happens here and thay are in some other country we dont have the rights or the jurastiction do anything about and until that happens we will always have prolems, not to say we dont have them here there all over the wourld but we as a country need to pull together with the world powers and get an internet treity signed to get this problem under control.

Latinpimp's low self esteem is the root cause here. Like any disrespect for others property leading to vandalism and/or neglect. What a shame.

I have to agree with the other guys,it was probably the reactions that we all had regarding his actions. We did not take it too kindly. Sure, we're all pissed off about it. Why US??

I'm a member of ARC as well and it has infuriated me to no end. All of Steve and Co.'s work trashed multiple times in a couple of days. There is no excuse for hacking... what's the point? This punk decides to show his skills- his skill is being a moron.

I have to say that whoever's responsible for it needs to get a life!! ARC has been hit twice in 3 days so, it's someone who frequents the board & has nothing better to do. I just don't understand why a Modeling Forum of all things????????

I was saddened to hear this news and wish Steve and his team all the best in getting the ARC forums back to normal.

This person who keeps hacking ARC must be sorely lacking in anything worthwhile in their life. They obviously are too cowardly to face the real world and do something positive with their time. What a shame we can't track this loser down and give them what they deserve.

Darren.

It comes down to accountability. Kids pull this nonsense because they don't have to deal with the consequences.

Or just beaten to an unrecognizable pulp.

I agree with your accountability idea.  Society is reaping what it's sown in it's "demonizing" the right of parents and schools to properly discipline 2-bit punks.  If this kid would have had to answer to mom's wooden spoon or dad's belt back in the day, I bet he wouldn't be such a f---bag now.

Between hackers, script kiddies, spam and phishing schemes, there are days when I find myself absolutely disgusted by all the junk on the web.Grumpy [|(]

I totally agree...

I'm also member on ARC, and when I went on the site, I noticed that the forums where hacked by someone who calls hisself   " Latinopimp " . What's in a name ?!

I saw today that ARC forums where hacked again...

I don't know what this person was trying to do with this stupid behavior, but he should better think twice before he does something... Is it funny to destroy other peoples work ?

I would also like to wich Steve Bamford the best with dealing with this "hacker".

Just my My 2 cents [2c].

Cheers,

Jürgen

ARC, one of the most popular modelling forums on the 'net has been hit by a hacker twice in 3 days.

I wouild like to wish Steve Bamford and his dedicated team of moderators the best of luck for a speedy recovery over this.

Idiots that get their jollies by doing this sort of  vandalism should be dealth with severely.

Let's all come together and support ARC, an essential part of the online modelling community!

cheers

Mike
