Been thru there in the winter a few times. Think Colorado would give Seattle a run for their money on their driving in the snow... No need to rush in the snow that's for sure.

So, what was the prob with the laptop? If I had known it went down, I coulda fixed it for ya ... for goodMischief [:-,] My bat's been itchin' for some action latelyLaugh [(-D]

I was about ready to do the bat thing myself Ed ! A couple of weeks ago i loaded a new anti virus , and thats when the Lap top started acting up ........ and down  . So i thought that was the problem .

Turns out the power supply wasnt always putting out -5v ( my son figured that out and fixed it) so it got replaced . Thats as far as i can explain it wihtout without having my son explain it to me again.Confused [%-)]

Well, at least your back Shell. And SAFE too. I hear ya bout the snow, we got a nearly two feet of the stuff up here (Vancouver B.C) and the people are just as dumb. Now it's raining and the roads are just horriffic. Water on top of ice and pack snow = stupidity to be driving in it.  I'm staying right here.

Take this plastic and model it!

2 ft ! ? Shock [:O] good grief , thats rediculouse ! With just 6 - 8 inches in Seattle it nearly shut down that erea . After getting scared to death 40 times just getting out of there i still had to come back across the Cascades . It was slow , it took 11 hrs to make a trip that normally takes 7 hrs . Snoqualame pass was a miss but at least all of the people that made it that far knew how to drive sanely .

No rain over here ( near Spokane ) Its been in the 20's F ,thats a warm up from a few days ago when it was below Zero F , glad i was in balmy Seattle at tat time. Brrrrrrrr !

How long till spring ?

Maybe way down there in south Texas but up here it aint spring like until mid April , seen it snow here in May . Of course with the "globble Warming " that we are having this winter maybe we'll have snow only until June , oh boy , what a thought !  Disapprove [V]

Gday

I have noticed a good percentage of the avatars on FSM have a picture of the "dude" with his arms around or being held by a female.  What's all that about ? Is it just the Aircraft forum ?  Are they trying to prove something ?

???

I'm not proving anything, just that I have a wonderful wife and proud to be with her.
