Robert put a
lot of work into Tamiya’s 1/35 scale M2A2 Bradley early. He cut the rear armor
panels and flipped them, scratchbuilt a heavy-duty hinge for the driver’s
hatch, and added cable protection around the driver’s hatch and a scratchbuilt
GPS antenna on the turret. He also blanked off the rear taillight housings and
made a high-frequency antenna and mount for the right rear hull. Various
stowage comes from his spares box. “This represents the early M2A2 used in
Iraq,” he says.
