Hi, Mom! I’m home! Stan built Polar Lights’ 1/87 scale house
from the 1960 movie “Psycho” and built up a base on a flat piece of Styrofoam
using cardboard and plaster cloth. He finished with artist’s oils and MMR
weathering powders. “If you take a close look, yes, that’s Mrs. Bates sitting
by the window,” says Stan, who hopes Polar Lights will release a Bates Motel
kit, too.
