“Here is my recently completed USS Collins,” Chris writes, “a Federation starship from the Star Trek universe. The original kit was the 1/1000 scale Polar Lights TOS Enterprise; it’s heavily modified with styrene and Milliput to achieve the configuration shown in the photo.” Chris pulled decals from the kit sheet, then cut and rearranged them to customize the ship’s name and hull number. Paints are Testors Model Master Acryl and enamels, clear-coated with Pledge Future floor polish.
