Vigorous sanding added time, if not tedium, to Tim’s build of Cottage Industries’ 1/96 scale USS Monitor. He says, “I ended up sanding off the top row of rivets while cleaning up the seam between the deck and the hull. So, I had to mark and drill 344 holes, then super-glue pins in the holes.”
