Of his 1/35 scale diorama, Timothy says: “I call it ‘Keeping the Faith.’ It depicts an American tanker and a priest at a roadside shrine near Bastogne during the Battle of the Bulge.” Standing by are Academy’s M36 tank destroyer and figures from Verlinden and Hobby Fan. Timothy scratchbuilt the shrine, footbridge, and road sign from balsa, inserted Plexiglas for the frozen stream, and covered the scene with Woodland Scenics snow.
