Kayhan gave Tamiya’s 1/35 scale PzKpfw IV Ausf D winter whitewash for the Eastern Front using the hairspray technique and Revell Aqua paints. He also applied blue and burnt umber artist’s oil washes and thicker pinwashes. “I am a new modeler,” he says, “and I just wanted to build this German tank with winter camo. It is very far from perfect, but I had fun. I am learning new techniques and slowly getting better.”
