Question on how to build a Colombian Blackhawk gunship variant

I am very interested in modeling the Colombian AH-60L "Arpia III" gunship.  I've got the Academy AH-60L DAP kit as a base, but I don't know what I need to modify it.  What detail or conversion sets are out there that could get me close to where I need to be?  I know Cobra Company has several, but I'm not sure if any of them are appropriate.  I'm not very good at scratchbuilding, so that's not really an option at this point.  

In case you're not familiar with the Arpia, here are a couple of pics of it (for discussion purposes only):


Here's a picture of the door guns (the same guns are used on the wing stubs).  I think they are GAU-19 .50 cal Gatlings.
