Aurora 1/48 conversion
Posted by oldhooker on Wednesday, July 16, 2003 12:49 AM
Here is the updated URL to the conversion process of the old Aurora 1/48 HC-1 Chinook, into the ACH-47A Gunship #64-13154, "Birth Control", including complete step by step photographic and illustrated interior/exterior construction process.

Yes, I'm also impatiently waiting on Panda to release the 1/35 Chinook series, and when it does, you may find an excellent photo reference at one of my other sites: (the keywords are "when it does")

There's over 400 photographs of these unique aircraft, as well as contact info, so you can communicate with the actual pilots, crew members, and support personnel from the unit they called "Guns A Go-Go".

Tell them "Frank" sent you. <;-)
