                        does anyone know what kind of rotor rpm the blackhawk has for various operating conditions?

                        Rotor RPM on the hawk is constant, dont know the exact rpm except as it is expressed in the cockpit, ie 100%

                        Is that anything like what you were looking for?

                        I found it from another source (my father).......max is 258 min is 232

                        A bit lower than I would have guessed!  But it is a four bladed rotor system.  I think the Huey was around 360 rpms.
