The Last German King

I had posted this diorama awhile back with a different background which I thought was little too stark. I like this background better. As always all comments are welcome.

Thank you all for your comments. I should have taken these background pics sooner. I believe they would have made my previous post on this dio look alot better. Believe it or not these pics were taken down the road from my house. I just had to wait for the perfect day to take themWink [;)]

you've definately got an eye for setting up a dio. it really puts in perspective what it ment for a sherman crew to see one of those.

No real secret. The background pics were taken this last winter on a foggy misty day that appeared perfect as a Battle of the Bulge pic. Try taking panaromic pics. Print them, place them behind your model and take pics of your work . Believe me when I say that I didn't have to use Photoshop since the pics came out just the way I wanted them. Good luck.

I'm sorry to disappoint you Vasso. The zimmerit is AM from Cavalier. Its resin. I like it better than etch because its more flexible to work with. To each his own.

Hi TigerII
Thanks for your reply :-)
No stress, i just thought you may have made the zimmerit by hand, it looks very realistic

Cheers
