The motto of the SAS in WWII, if I remember correctly (always suspect!) was: "Who dares, Wins." You might know it as "Nothing ventured, nothing gained." By the look of it from my vantage point, you deserve it. Save a copy for the grandkids.

Great jobs, Mikes Laugh [(-D]!

You guys have inspired me to submit pics of my Black Widow.  Chances are slim to none that it'll get published, but hey, you never know.

I was thinking of also submitting my Hot Shots jets.  I figure, that's probably one that doesn't get seen too often.

I love the SAS! Bad a$$ dudes for sure! And yes that is their motto.

You help me with my LAV-25 and I will try and help you with F-16's although F-15's are my favorite.

Excellent build. Bow [bow]  It is very deserving of being placed in FSM. I had a Spitfire in the magazine in the 90's. Makes all the struggles worthwhile.

AM? What AM? All I put into this kit was some extra ordinance to complete the 9 LGB weapons load of this bird for Afghanistan. The kit is very well done Marc and is by far the best 1/48 F-15E on the market. My next is going to be converted into an F-15I so I get to paint that cool Israeli camouflauge again.

Thanks Mike.

The F-15E is my favorite aircraft and I sure hope they do not retire them when the F-22's are fullly operational. That will be a sad day for this Eagle nut. Sad [:(]

I echo Mike's remarks, the PM Beagle is the best in scale, and really doesn't need any AM stuff. Sure, you could use it, but save yourself some money and build a winner right OOB. I wish R/M was still using this mold maker in Korea. The new one in China just doesn't compare.

Yes Marc,I used the Hasegawa Weapons set D for the GBU-12's.

Actually you need two sets of the above mentioned kit to get that many but I was lucky enough to have a member of this forum send me the extras I needed.

I am sorry I have forgotten who it was at this moment but I did thank them when they sent them.

Yes they do! Here's two of mine, RoG 1/72:

F-16B converted to a D using the tail from a CJ kit, and the Peace Marble spine from a Hase VISTA kit.

F-16B kit out of the box, with Isradecals.
