Yea, it will be pretty big Gary LOL But, The PBY I built was 1 48 scale too. I like the big ones. I'm also getting a 1 72 scale B-52. They didn't make those in 1 48 scale darn it. But, I guess that's a good thing. My apartment isn't big enough. LOL
No, That disinfectant is for my dust bunny allergy. I wish it was for the Flying Fort. Oh well thats life. Most of the time, It's not too bad

I made a master and then vacuformed a mid range Vega window. If I ever finish it, I think it will look fairly close. The other windows are Plexiglas, filed to conform with the contours of the fuselage. I will mask then to get their final shape. Hope this picture works!

Hello all I know it's bin a long time since I've posted anything. But my grand fother passed and he was my influence for building his B-17. After a couple of years of letting them site on the shelf I've dicided to get them done. Where I left off I was trying to find the decals of the 96 BG and 339 BS. Never could get them and it it the same now. The Kits Worlds makes a bunch of letters and numbers. But they are never in stock. Anyone have any ideas?
