                        Having never built a Tamiya kit.....I now see what all the talk is about.  Although I appreciate the classic Revell/monogram kits......Tamiya's quality is apparent as soon as i opened the box...and from what ive read on the forums this zero kit is quite an old mold as well.  Anyways here is my progress....hppe everyone is doing well. 

                         

                        did allitle bit of putty work and sanding.

                         

                        On the Bench: 1/48 Revell p-38 95% 1/48 Tamiya A6m2 Zero 10%

                        Jimski, it looks great. Being my first kit back into the hobby several years ago, I have a soft spot for this kit. Yours looks geat so far and I look forward to seeing more.

                        Excellent work on your Zero!  I have built a couple of these, and they build into very nice replicas.  Can't wait to see more pics of yours! Thumbs Up [tup]

                        It's a pretty good kit.. I bought a couple from Hobby Lobby last month, 40% off coupons got both for under 17 bucks...

                         Nice progress so far.. Wait till you see their "all new" A6M5/5a Zero.. I am currently building that one and boy, Tamiya has done it again my friend!!

                        If you ever get the chance, buy the 1/32 Tamiya Zeros, they are fantastic. I know they are expensive in the shops but you can occasionaly get them on Ebay for a reasonable price. I say this after being the only bidder on one this morning. Total cost was $65 including shipping. Smile [:)]
