AIRWAVES 1/48 F-4J Photo Etch Set Questions?
Posted by Air Master Modeler on Saturday, February 14, 2009 6:27 PM

I am seriously looking at an Airwaves photo etch set for a 1/48 Revell-Monogram F-4J I picked up and I would like to know if this is a good PE set for 1/48 Revell-Monogram F-4J. Has anyone used it and what should I lookout for? Any advice here is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Harv,

Thanks for the reply. I did search for reviews and came up empty. I also searched for old posts here and did find a few that have used Airwaves PE but nothing for the Phantom. Anyway, I went ahead and bought them. I think they are general purpose since the packaging did not indicate they were ment for a specific brand F-4J kit. I am going to use it and I'll post a review here. I think they should work out fine for the 1/48 Monogram F-4J kit. I'll let you all know how they work out.

Thanks.
