Has this builder been building for you long MM? I see a lot of seams that need some serious attention on both builds and looks like he really struggled with the decals on the Liberator. I would recomend that he cut away all that excessive clear parts of the decal and keep it as close to the actual print as possible. Some good setting solution and a flat topcoat will make them look great! Paint work looks pretty decent though.

He just started building for me this year. He has only two years building experience and still need fine-tuning of details.
