The Warsaw Pact countries for awhile used a light gray on their interceptors, like on that Fishbed. While it would no be exactly matched to US or other NATO country colors, I would suggest colors like Light Gull Gray, RAF Aircraft Gray or other similar color more neutral in hue than the Ghost Grays.
