Thanks again, guys!
Getting closer to the end!
Here's a little tidbit.
For the canopy, I ordered "Flying Leathernecks" vynil det cord. That was stupid. The vynil is grey, while that cord should be white (or very close to it). It is also a different size than the molded detail. Initially, I thought the molded detail was raised (it's so fine, it's hard to tell). A bit more investigating...detail is recessed. (either way, you'd have to somehow get rid of that detail, in order to use the vynil replacement...or order a vac-form canopy). Anyway, working about 1/4" at a time, I brushed on some white craft paint(acrylic) and immediately wiped away the excess with my finger. I did this three times, all the way around to get a good fill in the recessed detail.
The money spent on the vynil cord would have been better spent on a Whopper from BK!
Thanks for that tip!!! I was wondering on how this would be done? Now I know thanks to you!

Got some do-dads and fiddlies on...she's on her feet, ready for dull coat and some more weathering.
I'm not big on modern aircraft, but dang, Fermis, this is a sweet build!

In the homestretch now!
Just gotta do some weapons.
There was some pretty prominent rivet detail missing...just behind the nozzle, I added those.
. very Nice!!!
I hardly ever drop by to look in on 1/72 or 1/32 builds since I only work in 1/48 a/c (ship kits I work on 1/350 in military kits and up to 1/96 and larger for sailing ships, etc.).
I've really got to start dropping in for a look at other sizes in a/c. This is an astounding build AFAIC. I'll never acquire the skills for scratch building and modifying parts that you have but it's like watching a fascinating movie - just can't wait to see more!
Masterful work!

Beautiful!! Great job on the det cord on the canopy too.
Thanks again everybody!
I'm almost there...just gotta finish up the ordnance...my least favorite (in fact, I HATE it) part of building a model.
The Mavericks and Sidewinders are the only ordnance going on the model, but my customer wants everything that came with the kit, to display with the model.(the little stuff is for another project)
After far too much time, the ordnance is finally finished up.
Just about wrapped up with this project!
...and...we are finished!!!
Tough one to photograph, to get it all in and still have complete backdrop!
What a awesome and inspirational finish. The photos with all the ordinance displayed looks awesome! I love your weathering technique on both the Harrier and A-10. Fantastic build.

Revenant Not bad for 72nd scale...
... It's absolutely amazing for 1/72 scale! LMAO!
Flawless work!
All we need now is the noise and the smoke! Great work!
