There are definately some kits I would love to build and they are only in Vacform kits. It is something I will have to overcome someday. Your efforts are paying off as this is coming along nicely.

I am trying!
I have trim to trim and install the canopy sections..
Ok I am waiting some interior decals to dress up the cockpit area.So I will start building a ventral gun pod!
Made the gear doors from brass sheet pounded over a socket.Actuators were from the parts stash.
A 1/25 drag chute will work for the rato rocket.
Man I love the drag chute idea!

God, Family, Models...
At the plate: 1/48 Airfix Bf109 & 1/35 Tamiya Famo
On deck: Who knows!
Seems pretty logical to me!
Airbrushed on the night fighter cammo!
Nice! I think the night fighter is my favorite 234 variant.
It's cool!
Added decals...
I like it! You're almost to the finish line! Did the original kit come with anything for the antenna?
Well no but I have a spare set of radar antannae from a 1/32 262 kit so it is all good!
Sweet! Since it's a hypothetical why not put a thimble nose on it.
Do you have a pic of the thimble nose?
Radar attanae attached.
Scratch built the ventral gun pod...
As I said, hypothical, as the Germans never fielded a radar that could work in a radome. Here's a resin part that converts a Mosquito to that type, which did happen.
Ok
Added the antenna wires with 6 lb test fishing line darkened with gun metal paint.
Made the rear view periscope out if flattened aluminum tubing and styrene.Strongly resembles a muffler.
Seeing this great build makes me want to get the Hasegawa 1/48 variant!
