Certainly watching this one, for obvious reasons! Not sure if I'll be able to commit to a kit yet though. I've got a couple of "what-if" RCAF birds on the short term list though.

I have lot's of 1/72 Canadian kits and decals , so I'll sign up .

After careful consideration I've made my choice ;

I'll build an 1/72 RCAF H-34A using the Italeri kit and belcher Bits decals

my build will be a big 2 fingered salute to america land lol (and no it isnt an arrow)

Haven't put a lot of thought into a timeline yet

I may crossover with the operation overlord or do another kit...... Choices.....

I'd be interested, especially if Canadians in the RAF qualify

Being a Canadian, would be a shame to pass this one up, though I can't see myself starting anything till close to the end of the year.  I too was going to ask about the markings aspect since I don't build much subjects post WW2 - or is this more of a modern GB theme?

Cool, then I'm in, and May 1st sounds good to me, or any date to be set for that matter..  I'd be in with a Spit (mk I or Vb, not sure yet) with Eduard etch, CMK guns and engine, maybe a little extra resin elsewhere.

I've got a leopard 2a6m with slat armour to add a little afv action to this GB.

As well as my what-if birds, I have a pair of Sabres, a Vampire, and a Mosquito... I'll be watching for the GB & timeline....

The 1078 no, as for the 1083 looks similar to our HLVW

I have 10 Sabres in my stash with many assorted RCAF decals to go with them.  I might play but I already have a lot on my plate.

I'm kind of fair-weather when it comes to GBs, but I have been enjoying these country oriented ones, so I believe I will be in, as long as it goes to the end of the year.

Will "what ifs" count? If so, I think I got a pretty good one in mind.

Don't think its been specified either way, but I've got options for both "real" and "what-if" scenarios...

I had a look through the stash. I have a Hasegawa T-33 with leading Edge Silver Shark decals, some decals for an CF-17 or some very nice ones for some CF-104s. I also have an Airfix Chippy with Canadian markings.

I'm leaning towards the T-33 or Chippy.

Yes there will be a new thread started with all the details.

What-ifs are fine as long as they're in some some type of Canadian Forces markings.

If you want to make a Canadian Apache, aircraft carrier etc.  creativity is welcome!
