I like both of the last two posts actually, except that I was already planning my assault on the half track GB. I guess they're going to sit in the stash for a bit longer.

I should add that I would like to continue running automotive group builds through 2014. I'm not sure of the set up yet, as there aren't a huge number of participants. Perhaps two 6 month GBs rather than a 12 month one, but I don't feel that I can limit the subject too much. I need somewhere to post all of those car builds !

Cheers

Tony

I'm just taking it one GB at a time.

hey tony

i do warwheels, armored and trucks, but also have a number of firetrucks if your automotive GBs are broad enough, 2 american, 2 european and a ww2 german one.

hey doug

i'll do a STUKA too and probably a bot for WW! and had a couple of halftracks one of which will fit into another shelf queen GB..

Thanks Wayne, got that. I'm not in the position to turn away too many entries, so I'll work it out so that you can be in.

Cheers

Doug, I now exactly what you mean. A GB should be something to look forward to, and once its over, move on to the next one. There can be exceptions, I think having the B-52 as an never ending GB might well work. But generally they just fad away and people soon forget they are there.

I think someone was proposing a WW1 GB, its had a few responses from what I remember.

I know a few people were looking forward to the halftrack GB, I know I was. But I had to make some choices and hosting 4 or 5 GB's at a time is just being greedy. It will defiantly happen in 2015. And depending on what half tracks you have in  mind, they may fit in the ones Eagle and myself have been talking about. And I think it more important to mark the end of WW2 in Europe, and by June, hopefully the GB front will have calmed down a bit.

Tony, your Automotive GB seem to be doing well. And I think they will work running through the year as the subjects for those generally don't fit into any other GB. I wish you the best with those.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so
