just realized my post didnt come out the way I wanted it too.Blush [:I]

scer, Italeri has some tigers, panthers, jagpanthers etc. They are about 20 bucks. Thats what I got my Tiger for. I cant comment on the fit cause I havent built it yet. They will all come with the link-and-length tracks.
Try out Greatmodels site and see what the RETAIL price is. Not their price.
www.greatmodels.com
By doing this you can see the price for about what your hobby store is selling it for.
For zim, I would try the same thing. You can get cheap PE zim (no bending) or resin Zim. (i have heard resin is better than the PE stuff.) PE will be about $13 and Resin will will be about, $20-$25. There are alot of AM barrels out there, so you will most likely find one. Again I recommend going to greatmodels.

HEY,
Ok here is my daily progress report.lol

I masked the design onto the body, well mostly. I have a few little things, a couple lines here, a few cuts there, but mostly its one. I got one of the doors off and im happy as to how good that came off cuz i tried a new way of cutting the plastic to do so. Im gonna get the other door off today and do more work on my engine.

Thanks rebel
My progress, have to paint the seats/steering wheels and then put the cannon assembly together and buy my MIG Pigments to weather and myabe buy Rustall washes, the black one. Have to see. Didn't get anything done yesterday, I had to mow 2 lawns, today I have to mow 3 lawns. Good thing about it is... I make $160. Yes, one hundred sixty dollars. Good stuff. Gonna buy a braille scale tiger maybe, maybe a 1/35th panther or tiger, dunno yet but $160 is awesome, but a heck of lot of work.

for a 1/72 tiger I would recommend Dragons tiger I w/zim. Its a great git. You would have to mask off or brush on camo though.

My update (second for the day) built cannon assembly, have to paint it before attaching, yes BEFORE, not like the hulls. lol
I got a cold today so I only mowed one and a third lawns, and only got 25 from one instead of 35 and getting 15 from the other (the third done one) because he is my dad and he finished the rest. One lawn tomorrow, maybe more money from dethatching, if my cold goes away. The part I hate about modelling is when you make a big mistake and realize it after you can't un-mistake it... i.e. after the glue dries (for me)

I mow 5 lawns around the neighborhood and do other odd-jobs for them. This weekend alone I made over $160. Sometimes its really hard work, but after I get the money, I realize that it's better than having a job at a regular place. It also gets me in shape pretty much, I've lost around 5 pounds since I started mowing a month or so ago.
In the most recent Finescale issue, a reader tip was to put some paint on a .5 mechanical pencil and draw on the thing. Has anyone tried this?

i am really lucky, the money my grandma gives me usually goes into the hobby, and i usually get hobby related gifts at christmas, birthdays etc. im afraid that its tough to find a job in singapore at the age of 15. my allowance ususally goes to the hobby too, but not alot.

I got around $400-500 over teh summer for helpin my dad paint our house. already blew around $100 on gettin model stuff from online. now I find more stuff I'd like. wouldn't bother me, cept i been planin on gettina new airbrush and compressor. if i pay for the gun, and accoutrements, and he pays for the compressor, we should make it.

unfortunately, im goin to a show this comin weekend in Rochester, so I dont know how my wallet 'll fare. maybe snow'll start fallin soon.....
