As I was going to take my first picture of the box and stuff in it (some parts were broken off) my digital camera STOPPED WORKINGAngry [:(!]! Can't take any pictures!Boohoo [BH] I started a little and got the suspension done, but didn't want to do more because I know you have to take pictures off your progress, not just the final model.

HEY,
Geometry is pretty easy, try algebra two. I took geometry last year so its not too hard for me. I tried opening my doors, and now there is a huge gap between the edge of the door and the body. What can i do to close up that gap but still be able to open the doors?

yeah, but when you passed algebra 1 by the hair of your nose (horrible analogy...........i know.), that makes it a little bit tougher.

Well today I wan't in much of a building mood, so all I did today was airbrush some of the roadwheels for my 1/35 Dragon Panzer III J and Airbrush the basecoat of Dark Yellow onto my 1/72 Italeri Elefant (fun little build).

Tomorrow, It's building time! (I can't do much more on my panzer III anyways until My LHS gets some epoxy putty in, the turret had some fit problems)

you young'ns joke about us old guys and taxes... just remember that when you graduate and (hopefully, well if you're lucky in todays economy) get a job...

All your taxes will be going toward keeping us old guys alive just one day longer in the old folks home...

Got my digital camera to work... Guess what was wrong with it... BATTERIES DEAD! lol. My kit is an Italeri and theres a fair ammount of fit problems and I'm only done with the lower hull! Disapprove [V] I took a pic of the box and stuff with part of it done... I hate not having an airbrush! I have to use these stupid spray cans and my fingers are greenish from tipping over the model it do the bottom and I have orientation tomorrow. Sad [:(] But I live in the States and I start Sept. 7, I guess it depends on where you live in America.

Hey, I hated not having an airbrush either, then I got one for Christmas.
What I do to avoid my finger touching the wet paint ant get paint on the them is the following.
1. I use a small piece wood (like a popsicle stick but thicker) I CA glu it to the bottom of the model, and then I have something to hold it by.
2. To avoid painting my handsI wear rubber gloves, like what doctors use. I have also covered my hands with saran wrap.

Bet your glad you didnt try to fix the camera with the hammer method. Big Smile [:D]Black Eye [B)]

I have no idea if this would work, but have you tried Squadron Putty? It fills gaps and stuff. My first pic of the build (Have almost finished lower hull completely, just need to add the storage stuff on the sides, wheels done too) Some parts were broken off as you can see and there have been fit problems with the drivers area and the lower part of the model.

it was pretty cool considering that it was 3 weekes ago! gotta catch up with the times man. i guess in your old age you got, like...................old person lag. its an advanced case of jet lag that occurs gradually as you get older.

quick update. got the Chevelle's chassis and engine painted. as soon as i paint the tranny and get the chrome bits glued on ill have the engine mounted. then i can paint the inner wheels and have them glued in. then i can concentrate on the two parts i want to stick out: the body and the interior. later.
