So I'm definitively in with my Darth-Vader-Vignette.

When do we start?

Argh! I'm caving! After playing Battle Front II with my son I'm in a TIE fighter mood! So I'll do the ERTL TIE Fighter. But that's IT! No more GB's until I finish at least two of the 3 I'm now involved with!

Though Jabbe's P-47 GB is very tempting...............Ashamed [*^_^*]

Put me in as well.  I'll start with my AMT X-Wing snap kit and may add a Speeder Bike if I have the time.

Here's a great source of reference pictures taken of the effects models that were recently taken from a special Star Wars display done at the Boston Museum of Science. The site administrator took the pictures:

Thank you Aurora!  Fantastic shots there, and the pics of the Trade Fed Tank is just what I need to complete the one I'm building!

I was wondering:
Could I start a bit early, say around the 22nd?  My break is from the 22nd-27th and I'm working non-stop from there.  Would anyone have a problem with that?

Can I join in? I've just bought off ebay a started AMT/ERTL Millenium Falcon. It's a massive thing, and I want to get it off my work desk! Not much has been done: most of the sidewalls, 1 of the guns, and most of the landing gear.

Hey people! I havent posted in a while but i`m going to today, the snow speeder is comming along very well, in fact so well that I might be done by the end of the week so i can start on the other group builds.

The snowspeeder that i`m doing is Luke Skywalkers, NOT Wedges. The AMT offering has red decals those are for Wedge, Lukes was gray, kinda bland that is why they went with red.

here are some progress pics i hope everyone likes and if you have any questions let me know.

Like I said before the build went very good! so i`m finished, I hope everyone enjoyed the progress pics!, now here are the finished pics!

What's the end date for the SWGB? I can't find it in the old posts. Maybe the dates should be at the top post with the rules?

Now to dig those kits out....

hey people, Iknow this is not part of the group build but i`d thought I would share this with y`all, in case nobody has seen this in the sci fi section, this is the ETA2 from episode 3 and i hope ya likes it!, I wanted it to be different with the paint scheme sorta like I did with the snowspeeder.

Nice work!!! Did you hand paint, air brush or a combo?

I had to hand paint it due to the complexity of the stripes very hard to mask, the overall color is just gray primer.

Looks very good.

I have the same fighter in Obi-Wan's colors and I was thinking to weather it, too. Your work gave me an impulse to proceed.
