See if your 'fuhrer' would let you do some 'experimental' design work  with the agreement that you watch the "youth" for an entire Saturday.....  Maybe if you can promise little outlay from the 'state funds' you can get the green light.

Helmets are Tamiya, gear is Dragon. The Stug 44 are Dragon and the MG 42 and Panzerfaust are Tamiya.

Think I will do that since I have loads of MG 42, I think I will do three figures since the 4th one I need for other conversion.

One of the marines is a machinegunner so the M42 would be perfect.

Hm I am going to be cutting up some 1/35 Tamiya modern US soldiers, since there not good for much else. So put my down for one modern Wehrmacht German in WWII camo.

That looks good.  Should not cause problems with those who don't like to see the swastika even in historical context (not trying to make trouble here, I respect their view).  But can we make it any smaller?  I am thinking of the size limitations for badges.

Have you made any decisions to start/end dates yet?  Any other rules or parameters for the group build?  This one has a lot of possibilites, and I could have some fun with it.....
