Could you please provide the information concerning the warning stencils you placed on the Lance Missile; we are currently restoring an actual Lance for the Army and have little success in getting those details from them.  The missile had been stripped and repainted several times while on exhibit.

Fruil track kit ATL-17 M113/M548 tracks. They are usually available from most shops that carry Fruil tracks. I get mine either on ebay of at a show....save a few $$$$

On ebay they will normally run ~$40 with shipping, but every now and then there is a deal...a few bucks more on internet vendors

I worked with Lance for almost ten years, and I never seen or remember seeing any wood running on the areas for the seats inside. But I have tons of pics I am trying to find to check that. But I did see the links posted that did show the style with some on there, It was a curious detail that I might have missed even working with it for so long in Germany and at Ft. Sill.

I think I missed most of this thread as well until I just saw the "finished" post? This is one cool, different-looking vehicle! The detailing looks really sharp., and the paint is perfect.

Nice to see you finished this up before your busy month starts! It looks excellent!

You mean I missed it, or maybe I forgot about it, or maybe I thought it was someone elses sucks getting old.

Either way, this came out awesome MIKE. I hope to make it to Va. next year, but it's not looking good. If I do make it to the show I have to give a demo again. Hopefully we get more than an hour.

Great looking build Mike, that big missile on the back makes it look just mean!!

I just joined the site and found this forum, I was in the Lance system for 10 years at Ft. Sill and Germany in two different units. This brings back old and good memories. I have the Launcher and the LZL of this kit and this has made me get the fever to start them and try and do as well as the individual who just completed this one. A great job and I can’t wait to continue on mine. I have tons of pics and manuals of this subject from when I was in. There is even a complete LZL one in a Albuquerque NM museum
