Hi all, sorry i havnt been about lately. Still modelling from time to time.

I thought you might like to see this model from a show in Belgium lately. I think it is model perfection, Story  ,presentation and sheer ability ticks all boxes for me.The only thing wrong with it is i couldn't do it.

This is what i have been doing of late.

Hope every one is well.

Andy.

All great work. What scale was the dio in? And, Andy, I think the tarp on your US halftrack is "model perfection" as well. It's the details that count......

Exemplary example of what I expect to see when you "do one up!"

Thanks mates, good to hear from you all. The dio was 1/35.

I am going to a show tommorrow. Its at an aircraft museum, they have one in the spring with a competition and one in the autumn without a comp. Just displaying and chilling out with some buddies. My son Curtis is comming with me and he is gonna display some of the warhammer stuff he has been doing. Its nice to have him join me in my modelling room from time to time. Sometimes we dont get anything done, we just watch the sitcom Bennidorm  and have a crack with each other. I will do a report on the show when i get back from it.

By the way i have nearly finnished the bust i was doing on the grenadier from the ardennes i started a post on ages ago. I will get that updated to for who ever is interested.

Cheers you guys and nice to speak to you all again.Andy.Big Smile

Modeling at its finest.  That reminded me of something I hadn't thought about for a long time.  When my daughter was about 4 or 5, she would play with HO farm animals and pieces of balsa wood sitting next to me at my bench while I built RC planes.

Post those bust pics.
