Wonder if it will be crap like all thier models... Sorrey heller fans. I really wish they would have made better things for the price they cost.

Mmm.. That sounds a touch harsh, ShModeler... You can easily find worst models in many other manufacturer's range... Heller's aircraft kits are generaly pretty good, and their catalogues is full of stuff no-one else does. So, kudos to them...

I (sadly) have to agree with SH- Heller's line is woefully pathetic. Sure, they do lots of oddballs, but what's the point when it's done badly?

I've only got the 1/35 AMX-30 and LeClerc, and thought they were decent enough kits. A little soft in detail here and there, and the tracks leave a lot to be desired, but decent kits.
Who knows, maybe these new kits will be of a higher quality. I'll give 'em a chance!
Thanks for the info, Domi!

I've found that the older Heller Kits (Sometimes repackaged), esp. airplanes are pretty bad. But later kits, like the Somua I'm working on are very good.

Heller isn' t " pathetic "...The GMC 's a nice kit, better detailled than the Tamiya 's one on some points ( nuts, engine...etc. ), and they 're a lot older, back to the 70s'...As most of their range !
The VAB needs work, as most of the kits, but it make a nice little thingy...Btw, the resin mafia 've made quite a few add-on, try Blast models, or Azimuth productions ( to name the french ones )
www.blast-models.com...You could find Azimuth VPC address in SteelMasters, the french magazine for AFV dudes !
