You know, as I see this one coming to life with this latest update, the thought occurred to me that this must have been quite the experience for the crew/drivers to operate this particular vehicle. Not sure on the range of the rocket pod but I bet you were relatively up close and personal with it in terms of proximity to the target!

In the last week on FOX news they have shown several shots of these things in use in Libya by both Gadaffi's forces and the rebels.  In every shot the launcher was shown as being level with the ground seeming to indicate use in the direct fire mode.  Not knowing the burn time of the rocket motors it is impossible to estimate an effective range.

Love the impressive scratch work on this build!  Please keep us updated.

Beautiful camo!  I like the muddy spare tire in the between.  Thanks for sharing with us! Beer

If I was to be in the next 'Mad Max / Road Warrior' movie that is the truck needed!

Outstanding finish, the weathering and built up dirt / dust look perfect.

Just one Q:

The spare tire, it seems caked in mud? Kind of a story line of a flat tire in the mud a few miles (Km's) back

thank you, i'm glad you like it.

in fact the spare wheel looks like covered with mud, but i wanted to achieve effect of canvas or somehing like that. i choose the color not good enough.

the main problem (and warning for you) is that rubber tires could makes some damages to the styrene parts- sometimes it dissolves the plastic. so i took aluminium foil to divide 'rubber' and styrene, just in case.
