The cowling looks a bit out of shape and the canopy looks a little thick I would of gone with a vavcuform.

Were you sweating any drying times....glue,paint,mud.

She turn out great now go finish my floats for my WildCat Catfish!

That's amazing. It looks great. Love the weathering. Any problems with the decals in such a short time?

Thanks for all the compliments!  There wasn't any problems with drying times, decals, etc.  Done enough to be able to work around the items drying.   I had it mostly done last night about 9pm, put the mud on, then went to sleep for about 6 hours or so, then woke up this morning and finished it up.  No AM used Stik - the clamps are made from scrap brass, the springs from coiled up wire, and the headlight lenses from clear sprue.

Damn!!! Yes Yes  It looks real good... 24 hours?!?!  You got to be kidding me.  One figure alone will take me 24 hours to finish it.  Maybe this is something I should build for Weekend Madness.

Congrats on meeting the challenge! Only suggestion would be to finish the 2.0cm main gun in the same finish as the coaxial MG. The barrels weren't painted to match the hull and were left in their gunmetal finish as a rule. Beer

Thanks again all!  You're right about the gun color.  I've had that argument with him on 3 other occasions so this time I just painted it grey from the start.

WOW--I guess we really can't complain of say anything about a 24-hour job on a model that turns out looking that good!

Congrats on winning your bet! It looks great!

Seriously, I would be lucky to get all the pieces cut off the sprue in 24 hours.

Very nice!

For any amount of time, that's a great job.

For 24 hours that's just incredible!

Congrats on meeting that challenge!

Concurr... The paint would get burned off a 20mm cannon most tick...

fantastic work! clean build, no real obvious signs of it being rushed, and it looks pretty darn good overall!
