Posted by shermanfreak on Tuesday, March 30, 2004 12:31 AM
Just wanted to let you all know that I completed a full upgrade on my site this evening.

Added some of my older works including those dark and dismal days when I built German stuff [:0].

90% new pictures Big Smile [:D]

Check it out and let me know what you think.

SOOOO MUCH OD!!! I think I am getting sick!! LOL! No, seriously, a great site! I have said it before, but incase you don’t remember, you do some fine work Sherm. Sherman freak? No, the “Sherman Master” Bow [bow]Bow [bow]Bow [bow]

One thing though: I had some weird stuff going on when clicking the pics in the Dragon Wagon page, and the Something Different page. You may want to reload those two pages.

Excellent stuff!! Thanks for sharingBig Smile [:D]

Having looked at and enjoyed the work on your site once before, it was with great anticipation that I rushed to see your German Armoured Fighting Vehicles. Imagine my disgust when I finally located them under the heading "Targets".
Furthermore, your reference to German Armour modelling as your "dark and dismal days" was equally offensive, as I see this period in my own modelling life as, "The Golden Years."

I expect a fuull written apology to myself and other like minded enthusiasts.

Yours sincerely

Matt

It only took a milisecond to spot 'Targets' and know what I'd find there. Et tu brute. I couldn't see these pieces (page not found) but I imagine they are pretty cool, unless on a subconscious level even back then your Sherman perversion got the best of you.Wink [;)]

Sherm,
i was quite impressed by the Zim on the Panther as well.
i guess my only question is why there is no camo on the skirts?
are you trying to give the Sherman gunners a better target?
Big Smile [:D]

nice stuff.
thanks for sharing w/ us, despite the stigma you will now have to bear.
next we will discover that you were in a 'boy band' !

Ok .... just got back from error checking. From this end I only found one small problem, I included a wrong thumbnail.

For those that had pages doing strange things, I would suggest hitting refresh especially if you have ever visited my site before. Some files have the same names, but different content now.

Hope it all runs smooth now.

Nice stuff, Robert. But I expect nothing less from the Master!

I had no problems with any of the links. So, either you fixed them, or they weren't broken...at lest for me!

I especially liked the M4A3 with the mine roller. I love what you did with that, and it was great to see it again.

But, I am deeply and sorely hurt by your remarks about the German armor. I just don't know if I can take it anymore!!Sad [:(]Sad [:(]Wink [;)]

You think those logs on the M4A3 will stop an 88? Evil [}:)] I like the homemade zim on your kitty Robert. As always, some topnotch builds you got there.

Robert those are some awesome builds you got there. Looking at the Easy 8 made me wish I hade just draped the tarp on my M4A3 for the Sherman Build that way as well. That was the only thing that I was dissapointed with on that build. Oh well you live and learn.

Sherm:

If I remember it right, you have the Academy M-51 Isherman. Are you building it now? I am excited to see what you are going with the kit. It would be a fine addition to your jimmy cooker collection. LOL.
