Hey everyone, especially tiger or sherman fans. I found this on the net, a 1/6 SCALE TIGER![:0] Who would just love to have that kit!? Big Smile [:D] See the video clips to see what it does and how big it is. It's as big as my kitchen table!

Wow....Thanks for the link. Where would I put something that big? Still, it would be worth the price and space problems.

I think Great Models is carrying them in the US. They have some 1/6 Tiger, and I can't believe there's more than one company doing them!

Hmmm, just checked. The company they sell is "Field of Armor". So maybe there are two companies!

Very cool link but the price would probably bring tears to my eyes. Loved the vid's. The smoke is a nice touch and it had a nice sound to it. Really has me itchin to finish mine up.

Yeah-to get it!!!Big Smile [:D] I think everyone can agree if they could get it they would. I asked my supplier for Tam's 1/16 Tiger 1 full option and I can get it for around $650 (go to xe.com for currency conversions). If I have saved enough I will get it, but that day is a long way a way.

Yeah, that would even put a dent in Bill Gate's wallet! Ok, just kiddingBig Smile [:D] Yeah, that would be my altimate dream right there. For anyone who doesn't know, 1/6 scale is the scale they use for GIjoes-the 12 inch figures. The tank is so big, they offer a Breta hand gun that you can mount in the turret that fires blanks for the muzzle shot! Whoa, that would really scare the cats!Wink [;)]

I have checked the prices
The kit it self : 3687 $
Package 1 : 1291 $ ( that is everything you need to run it including R/C unit )
Package 2 : 922 $ ( thats sound and smoke )
Total 5900 $
I will never get that kind of money. Sad [:(]

One good thing about this thing is that you can get natural weathering with no effort at all.

How about this Russian company:
http://www.interdacom.ru/~tanks/

They also have 1/6 as well as 1/8 scale RC tanks..... I wonder which company is better in terms of quality and details??

That is so awsome! The british tiger is probably better detail than the russian tiger because you can just see that the periscope structure in the drivers hatch is missing on the Russian one. I just would like any 1:6 tiger though! If you look at the last and third video link they have at the bottom of the tiger page you will see that when the tiger comes down after rolling over the log the turret and ammo box shake madly!Confused [%-)] I would want my tiger to fall apart on manovers![:0] The smoke looks awsome in that video though!

That's most likely the case because the upper hull and turret are not made from metal. They say their 1/6 tanks weigh about 55 kilos, whereas the British ones weigh more than double.. But the price seems a tad better with the Russians tanks...
