An old Patton Tank Kitbash
Posted by PFJN2 on Sunday, November 27, 2022 10:16 PM

Hi,

Here is an old kitbash that's been sitting on my shelf for awhile waiting to be completed.  I finally got around to cleaning up the paint job a little and adding decals.  Once I find the red and blue light bar that I bought for it and add the whip antenna it will hopefully finally be done Smile.

Nice! That's an interesting kit bash.  Did you build out the kit turret at all (eg, with styrene card and putty) or take a turret from a different kid and go from there?

Hi,

It's the kit turret with styrene or basswood flat panels added on, with any gaps filled with putty. Smile

Very cool Pat!!! With T-rexs prowling the streets you'd need a tank patrol!!!

Neat, I really like the modified skirts and turret. And the paint scheme is really eye-catching!
