Wow! That is one nice photo chop!! Did Dwight have something to do with it?? The only big problem I see is with the commander figure in the 3rd pic. Just doesn't look right!! Maybe it's the flesh tones. Real nice dust/exhaust effect on the second one, though. I'd like to know how they do that!! lol

Seriously, thanks for sharing the pics. It's great to know they've done so much with the Tiger.

Seeing a stationary Tiger at Duxford was cool, I can't imagine how awesome it would be to see an opperational Tiger in person. Thanks for the teaser! Wink [;)]

Would love to hear the sound of its 88mm. Tongue [:P] Film footage doesn't do it justice.

That's just AWESOME! I've seen a 'Stug', Hetzer and 'Jagd IV' in action, but never a Tiger. I'd love to see that one! Looks like they've fixed their engine problems.

Thanks for posting the pix.

Wow who ever took the first 4 photos must have been standing right next to me, or could it have been the complete Censored [censored] that was in front of me, moaning at people getting in his way)

it sounded allot better than the video, but its a great film to see (i was outside when they started it up, it felt a bit like the T-Rex coming in Jurassic park when it was heard, then it moved into view WOW)

heres some on mine

Monrad is this the photo you used for the 4th photo?

Thats incredible. You must have taken the pics at the very same second, and almost standing on eachothers toes!!
I found it on a forum for RC armor, and the fellow there also posted the other pics and a video, and the first thing that struck me was; Wow him and Captain Caveman must have been pretty close to one another.

Ok Captain Caveman. I had a look at the Bergepanther.
All it says is, that there is a Bergepanther at the "Technical Study collection of Koblenz" Confused [%-)] ( never heard of it ) and that this will be or is being restored ( it doesn't tell if it will be restored to runing condition or just for display. ) Thats all.
I hope they restore it to runing condition. Smile [:)]

I was standing next to the big guy who shouted at the pressman, he was not a co-ordinator. This pressman was wandering backwards and forwards and all over the place and screwing all our shots up. We where just too polite to say anything, until the big guy told him. His fellow pressmen at least had the courtesy to kneel down, knowing that there was a least eight people behind taking video's and photographs. Said pressman then came up and uttered things to the big guy that my mother would not approve of (my delicate ears!). Pressman was very lucky that big guy did not re-arrange his features or use him as a tripod.

Did the big guy have a Camouflage bush hat on? The two next to him had Camouflage baseball caps on. I was right behind him
The press were a pain when the Tiger was driving off, getting in the way (I was shouting too) the time i was on about was when the Tiger was traversing its turret (all i could see was the coordinator (maybe the big guy was blocking me seeing the press) there was countless times he spoiled a photo of mine
Anyway it was nice to meet you there, even though I didn’t know you. I had a black Oakley T shirt/ jeans and a pair of Oakley’s on my head with a video camera around my neck and a black back pack
