Ford GPA Progress Pics
Posted by Dwight Ta-ala on Monday, May 24, 2004 11:29 PM
Here are some progress pics of my Ford GPA which is my entry to the Small AFV GB. Well this kit is an unexpected gift from a very nice armor forum member. Check the pics and you'll get the idea as to who that person is.Wink [;)]

Well while I am doing the other stuff(jerry can, boxes, etc.) , figures and the base, here are the pics of my Ford GPA. The pics are a bit dark as I took them last night. Anyway once everything is done...I'll get a pic with sufficient lighting.

Well she did not come out pretty well but anyway I'll keep it as it is.Big Smile [:D]

I'll post pics of the completed dio when finished.Big Smile [:D]

That little beastie looks great Dwight !!! A lot better than that unnamed armour forum member could (or would) have done. Wink [;)]Wink [;)]

Certainly a pleasure to see something a little different.

Your model might give away the doner. Big Smile [:D] I like the weathering on the windshield, well done.

Thundergod: Thanks for that "thundering" remark.Big Smile [:D]

Shermanfreak: Hmmm. I don't know but I have a feeling that the "unnamed"Wink [;)] donor might have converted it into an "easy eight" had he chose to build it himself. Ooops...Big Smile [:D]Big Smile [:D]Big Smile [:D]Big Smile [:D]

gdarwin: Hope to see yours soon. I am doing the base, too. I am cleaning up my tool box to see if there are figures that I can use in addition to the 2 included in the kit. Thanks for the nice words.

Build22: Thanks

wildwilliam: Thanks. Well it is quite difficult to know since there are hardly any clues.Wink [;)]Big Smile [:D]Big Smile [:D]Big Smile [:D]Big Smile [:D]

Tigerman: It might? Oh my. I didn't know it was that obvious. LOL. Thanks for the nice words, too.

J-hulk: Tanks. I mean thanks. Tamiya original OD. But it is lighter than it seems. The lighting is not sufficient at the time of the picture taking.

Piwi: Thanks. Yes, it is good to see (or do) something small and unarmed for a change.

Joe: Thank you for the compliments but I don't think my works are really fantastic. I would say my works are "covered with mud".Big Smile [:D]

Erush: Thanks, I might be able to complete the dio this weekend. I hope.Wink [;)]

Keyworth: Thanks for the nice words, too.

Abastyr: I will be posting pics of the dio as soon as I finish it. Thanks.
