So here`s the million dollar ?.How do you get the photo-etch to sit on the plastic without having telltale signs of the crasy-glue clumped all over the place??I have tried several different types of glue and a thousand aplicators and so far nothing seems to work to my satisfaction.Maybe I`m just too picky!!!Sad [:(]Sad [:(][:0]

Lately, I have become a believer in gel CA. I personally use IC-Gel for nearly all my PE. I wear my Optivizer, use needle-nose tweezers to hold the PE, and apply just a dot of CA using a toothpick to the surfaces that need it. The IC-Gel will hold the PE in place in about 10 - 15 seconds, but takes about an hour to really cure. Any little globs that have squeezed out from under the PE are easily scraped away with an x-acto blade once it is either partially or fully cured.

If I end up with a little too much glue residue. I usually just flick it off with the blade of my knife without too much problem.
Happy Modelling and God Bless Robert

You could try to use lacquer to hold those parts in place. Apply it with a very fine tipped brush. I've had some success with this method and I've even been surprised how well the parts stick to the model - of course I'm not playing with the model on the carpet.
Anyway- My 2 cents [2c] Hope this helps.
