1/15 and 1/16 Armor Devotion
Posted by wbill76 on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 3:23 PM
In poking around the 'net for stuff on 1/16 scale armor, I came across this site.

Now this guy really has it down...I can only imagine how much effort has gone into his collection, it's impressive by the contents alone, nevermind the individual pieces.

I can't imagine where he found all those different kits in that scale...I've been searching online to see what's out there and only was able to find a handful from Tamiya and the latest offerings from Trumpeter.

What's really cool is his response to the question of how he was able to do it all...very Hillaryesque....

Some of his stuff appears to be massive conversions of the old 1:15
Bandai PZR IV,& somebody did a conversion based on Tamiya KT to
make that Panther II,a long time ago....This guy is truly AMAZING!!!
The time I take to build in 1:16 ,I couldn't do all this in a lifetime!

It's a little strange with this guy, the time it probably toke to build all this models let no time left to have a job - but without a job how to get the money for all of this ??? :)

Wow, crazy stuff. I can't even begin to imagine where I'd put ONE model of this size.

That guy's amazing!
I like that big glass "chamber" he has them displayed in, too.

That certainly is devotion!
