HI all again,

Taken around 2 days to get to this stage:

Most of detail assembled with some Tamiya flat black pre-shading applied, some way to go, will update. This is a nice model to build/paint. Highly recommmend it.

Looking good! Post pics as you make progress. By two days do you mean I-sat-at-my-workbench-for-10+hours two days or just two calendar days? Big Smile [:D] Either way, looks great so far!

Dave,
i think you are reading the poster's 'rank' which is below their forum name.
so i am "wildwilliam" and the others are "wbill76", "ausf", and "maffen"
and actually, my name is 'Ed' so you can call me that too.

and the ranks are based soley on number of posts, not modeling skill,
or heavens forbid - kits completed!
so don't worry that yours is currently 'box stock" or what ever.
the more you post, the 'higher' your rank (and number of stars) will be.

in any case, welcome!
and show us more as you progress, please.

2 days to get to that point Question [?] I don't get to the priming stage until at least 2 months. Well mostly becuase I rarely build OTB. I have the same kit and am looking to do it in the future with a square pattern zim. Thanks for sharing and look forward to more pics.

Cheers

I dunno ww, maybe we should start referring to everyone by their "rank" title...would be entertaining for a little while perhaps but too confusing in the long run, especially with all the 4 and 5 stars running around. Wink [;)]

Never tried the pre-shading before, interested in seeing how it comes out. Are you putting some AM tracks on her?

That looks great. My wife might let me have two full days to get that much work done. but my 4 year old son certainly wouldn't. It takes me forever to get things done. Please keep us posted.
