Telic Challenger - completed pics

Firstly, thanks goes out to HeavyArty for helping out with the antennas question - Sea Bird .006" stainless steel wire was used. The kit is Dragon's 1/72 Challenger ll Iraq 2003, along with Eduard's PE set with decals from BISON depicting a vehicle from the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards.
After I had pretty much glued the model together I had found an article http://www.ontheway.us/articles/SBarnesChallenger2.htm indicating the hull was too long in scale. I followed instructions to cut the hull and enginge deck cross-section wise, sand about 1.5mm and then glue back together. The turret needed correction too, but these instructions, as yet, have not been posted.
Overall colour is Model Master acrylic - BRIT. GULF ARMOR LT.STONE. The tracks are one piece and have some stretch to them which is a good thing. They were painted and then the ends joind before placing on the model. I think the rear drive sprockets are a bit two narrow (2 piece assembly) as the tracks tend to concave inwards once placed in postion along the teeth.
