Oh yes, the won-ton rebellion. It's all coming back to me now.
I am starting to remember the smell of the dimsum.
It was a massacre!

What's this? Are you feeling a little frisky Frosty?!?! Wink [;)] I wasn't putting down your school chums, I just said I didn't want to fight in one, I'll stick to my BDU's or DCU's Big Smile [:D] I'd probably be in more fights if I wore a skirt now that I think of it. Tongue [:P] I do so like an ankle length in the winter time though Wink [;)] Tongue [:P] Big Smile [:D]

in a TOTALLY silly mood, erush !
i was up waaaay too late last nite working on scratchbuilt spaced armor for hasegawa panzer iv ausf. g (0using brass sheet and strip) to go with my scratchbuilt styrene schurtzen (there goes that skirt topic again!!!) and after almost supergluing myself to my work i finally called it a nite... i think i'll try soldering next time ! Dead [xx(]
and don't worry, i know u weren't bashing anyone... i was just kidding u about the skirt thing. i've gotta wear one every single school day, and all i want to do by the end of the day is put on my jeans or fatigue pants !Wink [;)]

Frosty I knew you were kidding and I know you know I knew you were kidding also Big Smile [:D] Tongue [:P]

But on a side note on modeling Tongue [:P] I hope you're going to post some pics of your scratch built schurtzen as you progress. You're much braver than I am especially doing them in the "I've got good eyesight" scales you like so much. Wink [;)] I should have my Marder done next week and available for your viewing pleasure and comments also.

Keep up the good work Frosty! Big Smile [:D]

This is great! A young lady (we get in trouble if we call females "girls") who likes armor, to say nothing of scratch building, and soldering! It's too bad there aren't more around. This is terrific!!

How do you think I met my wife? It was that whole skirt thing. Tell me how a a little pretty thing so dainty and elegant can push around a 6' 210 lb bruiser like me. Some sort of girl, magic, use the force, thing I guess. Same way she pushes around a 1200 lb horse I suppose.Black Eye [B)]

Frosty...pretty cockey for someone that builds microarmor. We gonna see some of this stuff or you just shooting smoke cannisters? (Do I sound tough? or are you giggling like my wife does when I try to get tough with her?)Wink [;)] Glad to see a "youngin" doing some serious modeling projects. It would be nice to see some of your work. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease?

Dwight.....dude.....you in a skirt? Highlander or not, (shiver...) Now Eric in a skirt....thats something I'd pay to see.Tongue [:P]Wink [;)]

Nothin but love guys.

Hey, if Sean Connery can look manly in a kilt, why can't Eric? Are you just ashamed of the legs?

wipw: hey, i'm only 16... u can call me a girl and i won't protest !
i just recently got into modeling armor, but have been modeling
cars and railroad stuff for a few years now... i do a bit of jewelry making too, so the soldering isn't too big a deal (it also comes in handy for repairing bad guitar cables !)... speaking of soldering, i went back and redid the stays for the turret spaced armor on the panzer iv, the soldered join is much more solid than the CA bond and i wasn't as scared of becoming part of the model...Blush [:I]
and ( yes, erush and renarts !) i am going to post some pix as soon as i get access to a decent digital camera, but don't expect too much... i'm in a steep learning curve with this stuff
rite now ! at least thanks to u guys, i have some idea of what to try for !!!
thx for all ur encouragement !

I've got great lookin legs, I'm not ashamed of anything!! Big Smile [:D] I'm also easy but I'm not cheap so it'll cost Mike!$!$!$ Wink [;)]

And Sean Connery's got nothing on me other than an accent and a lot of years!! Ok, so I've got an accent, it's just not Scottish. Big Smile [:D] Tongue [:P]

Ewwww. The mental picture I got I think is going to give me nightmares. Eric in a skirt with that big ol' Georgia accent. Showing me his legs. Man! I suppose I'll have to buy you dinner too? All I gotta say is this better be good.

Frosty, you take your time. Post your work when you're ready. BTW, see the new issue of FSM? Great article on women modelers. You are in good company.

Makes me really sad my pix didn't post right! Still working on it. I'm already as ugly as Yoda (the 'real' one).. so that wouldn't change things much. Never wore a kilt, but have had a robe on once or twice and I don't have nice legs. I guess I'm sunk.Disapprove [V]
I suppose I shouldn't let you guys in on the secret that my daughter is also somewhat on the Dark Side... she loves tanks and has driven (co driven) an M5A1... she's also 16 'Frosty'!
