Not too bad.  The windshield looks all fogged over though.  The interior should be OD green, not brown, the base color of the vehicle is OD, with brown camo over top.  Too much chipping for my tastes.  The rear lights are wrong too.  The only red should be on the top left oval.  The others should all be small black slits and are blackout position and stop lights.

Looks pretty cool! I like the rough, dried-out look it's got.

The only thing I can add to Gino's comments (color, tail lights, foggy windshield) is that it seems like the front two sets of road wheels are riding up off the tracks a bit.

Other than that, please tell Art Instructor he did a good job!

The antenna support looks way out of place with neither antenna nor wire to connect it to the radios.

I'm with Gino on the chipping. It looks like something that's been sitting in a junk yard sine the end of the war, except for the seats which look lilke they just came off the assembly line.

Many thanks for all comments and feedbacks! You guys know so much about this vehicle but I and AI know so little. Anyway, there're something that can be improved, like the foggy windshield and the gap between the front roadwheels and the tracks. The chipping is OK with my taste. The vehicle might had been used for long time or the crew had no time to maintain it because of heavy fighting.

I like the faded look and the markings. Were they stenciled? If not, he did a great job. Chipping is a love-it or hate-it thing it seems. Many like it even if it's not completely accurate.
